Snowe betrays...Senate Vote Imminent to Homosexualize Military...Whip Count 59

It's Fourth and 1, they're on the 1 yard line, clock is near zero, we need a goal-line stand.

Nancy Pelosi's (D-CA) House voted Wednesday 250-175 to Homosexualize our military.

Harry Reid (D-NV) will force a Senate vote any minute now, possibly Thurs or Fri.

The whip count of pro-homosexual votes is 59, they need 60.  We can't lose 1 more vote.

Many phone lines are busy, but the auto-fax lines remain open. Today Sen. Olympia Snowe (RINO-ME,  202- 224-5344) betrayed the Christian voters of Maine telling the Portland Press Herald she will vote to homosexualize our military. "After careful analysis of the comprehensive report compiled by the Department of Defense and thorough consideration of the testimony provided by the Secretary of Defense, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the service chiefs, I support repeal of the 'don’t ask, don’t tell' law."

That puts the whip count at 59, if all Democrats (but Manchin) plus Snowe and Collins vote pro-homosexual, and all other Republicans hold firm.  These five Republicans are waffling: Sen. Dick Lugar (R-IN, 202- 224-4814), Scott Brown (R-MA, 202-224-4543), Lisa Murkowski (R-AK, 202-224-6665), Mark Kirk (R-IL, 202-224-2854), George Voinovich (R-OH, 202- 224-3353).  But thank God, calls to Sen. Enzi's and Ensign's offices replied they're voting no.  Only these 4 Democrats could swing us back to sanity:  James Webb (D-VA, 202- 224-4024), Joe Manchin (D-WV, 202- 224-3954), Mark Pryor (D-AR, 202- 224-2353), Blanche Lincoln (D-AR,  501-375-2993 and 202- 224-4843).

We cannot lose one vote among  Brown, Murkowski, Lugar, Voinovich, Kirk, or Manchin, who voted to filibuster last week, but may (like Snowe just did) change their minds this week.  If we do lose one, we must pick up Webb, Pryor, or Lincoln, or our troops will lose a 60-40 cloture vote to homosexualize our military.

RINO Senator Dick Lugar (R-IN, 202- 224-4814) has stated through his spokesman that he's "leaning" toward changing his vote to repeal "Don't Ask, Don't Tell." According to The Wonk Room blog, Sen. Lugar's spokesperson Mark Helmke said the Senator is willing to stay past Christmas to debate the issue. Asked if he would vote for cloture if Reid extended the session and provided more time for debate, Helmke said Lugar is "leaning that way."

Ball game. Our troops face abuse by open homosexual aggression  forced to quit or violate their Christian morals, sharing common sleeping quarters and showers, against the will of 91% of our troops (see proof stats far below). Already 24% of polled troops, over one half million, said they will quit to service.  Marine Corps General James Amos immediately condemned the House vote as costing lives:  "When your life hangs on a line on the intuitive behavior of the young man that sits to your right and your left, you don’t want anything distracting that."   Please muster one last goal-line stand with me....

Time is expiring.  Unless Sen. Harry Reid extends the session, this Friday is the final day of the Lame Duck session of the Senate.  That means the vote may come sooner than we're prepared.  And we have zero margin of error.   Everybody please call Lugar, Kirk, Manchin, Brown, Murkowski, Voinovich right now, and say these words:  " Please filibuster Senate Bill 4022 and stop the homosexualization of our military, or we will score your vote and fax it to every Christian pastor in your state, and donate to your primary opponent next election."  Majority Leader Senator Harry Reid (D-NV) filed a Rule 14 motion Tuesday, waiving our troops right to have any committee review the new fast-tracked bill S.4022 that bypasses debate or hearings, and repeals the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" law.  The new bill forces open homosexual aggression on our troops against the will of 91% of our troops, using the same language that failed a cloture vote last week by 40-57 (thank God) in the Pentagon budget, but now rears its head again as an ugly "stand-alone" bill.

Also in breaking news Tuesday morning, Politico.com reported House Majority Le ader Steny Hoyer (D-MD) and Rep. Patrick Murphy (D-PA), both pictured with Speaker Pelosi right-->, introduced and passed  stand-alone "don't ask, don't tell" repeal legislatio n on Wednesday in the House of Representatives.  Politico also quoted a blog in which a Senate aide said one scenario being mulled would be to ask the House to pass repeal again and send the Senate a so-called "message" asking for a vote. That would circumvent various procedural hurdles.   We must jump into action today.

The pro-homosexual Admiral Mike Mullen said in hearings Friday that "intense" training will be forced upon combat troops who resist open homosexual sin, and those Christians who refuse to shower or sleep with homosexuals can "find another place to work, Period."

Senator James Webb (D-VA) asked him directly: "Adm. Mullen, a question that occurs to me when we look at the disparity in the percentages with respect to ground combat units—army and marine corps... Do you have a different leadership approach for the ground combat units?" [Referring to our stat that 85% of Marine Combat Arms and 75% of Army Combat Arms reported negative, very negative, or mixed impact of repeal on unit trust.]

To which Mullen shockingly replied: "We would focus on those all-male combat units who didn’t have exposure and certainly do it in a way from a training and leadership standpoint that was intense enough to achieve the outcome that we want."  [Intensely re-program troops to embrace open homosexual sin.  Wow.]  But it gets worse...

And if they don't comply?  [Despite the fact 71% of polled troops won't shower with open homosexuals,] Mullen continued:  "Should repeal occur, some soldiers and Marines may want separate shower facilities. [Request denied.] Some may ask for different berthing. [Request denied.] Some may even quit the service.  We'll deal with that. [Resignation accepted.]" Mullen added "there is no gray area...We treat each other with respect [forced showering or sleeping with homosexuals] or we find another place to work. Period."

There it is. Shower and sleep with homosexuals, or "find another place to work, Period." His words, not mine.  Military Analyst Bob Maginnis explained his "intense training" to WND.com: "You'll sit through mandatory classes and someone tells you what you can and cannot do. Criticism of homosexuality will receive zero tolerance. Sex and gender equality will be embedded in every basic officer training course all the way up to the war colleges.  'Re-education,' that's a good term … or call it 'reprogramming,' [of Christians]."

Can you say "abuse of power?"   God help our soldiers who resist.  Let's take action...

The Washington Post reported military chaplains strongly oppose repeal of Don't Ask, Don't Tell on moral grounds.  In the Pentagon poll released Wednesday, "No group had such strong - or sharply divergent - views as the military's 3,000 chaplains, who provide spiritual guidance to the men and women in uniform," said the report.

"There's a strong possibility that a chaplain wouldn't be allowed to proclaim what their own faith believes, and not give people the information they need to be a good Christian or a good Muslim or what have you," worried retired 1-star General Chaplain Douglas Lee. "If there's no protection for the chaplain to be able to speak according to his faith group, that might affect the number of chaplains we recruit or our ability to do our duty for the troops."

The Alliance Defense Fund is representing a group of chaplains who have already been illegally silenced and pressured to embrace homosexuality in violation of their faith.   "Military chaplains expressed specific concerns is that religious faith 'will be discriminated against in favor of the new political correctness that will be imposed by the Obama administration,'" said ADF Attorney Dan Blomberg to Catholic News Agency.

Asked if active chaplains can be accused of insubordination if they publicly oppose changes to Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell, the ADF attorney said the chaplains have been informed by their chain of command that "they should not be commenting on this at this time."

"One chaplain stood up in a high-level meeting created precisely for the purpose of getting service members' thoughts on the repeal of the policy. And he asked 'What should chaplains do? What should people of faith do if this policy changes and we have problems of conscience with how it’s going to affect us?'" Blomberg said. "That [chaplain] was told by a high-ranking member of the panel that they should just get out of the military."

Army 3-star General Thomas Bostick was recently quoted by the Washington Times demanding Christian soldiers be fired as bigots if they oppose repeal.  "Unfortunately, we have a minority of service members who are still racists and bigoted and you will never be able to get rid of all of them," Lt. Gen. Bostick said. "But these people opposing this new policy will need to get with the program, and if they can't, they need to get out. No matter how much training and education of those in opposition, you're always going to have those that oppose this on moral and religious grounds just like you still have racists today."
[In other words, repealing Don't Ask will soon purge all true Christians from the military if they dare oppose homosexual sin, to the delight of atheists.]

L et's help defend our military chaplains today...

Former Navy Chaplain Gordon James Klingenschmitt just read the full Pentagon report on repeal of Don't Ask, Don't Tell, and here's his analysis:

"Don't believe the phony liberal media reports that 70% of troops support open homosexual service, because that statistic included 'mixed' feelings. A closer reading of the fine print in the newly released Pentagon survey shows our troops answered as follows:

Q45.  If you had a leader whom you believed was gay or lesbian, 9% positive, 91% negative or mixed effect on unit's performance.

Q 68c.  85% of Marine Combat Arms, 75% of Army Combat Arms, 64% overall say Negative, Very Negative, or Mixed impact on unit trust.

Q 90.   29% would take no action if assigned open showers.  71% would shower at other times, complain to leadership or chaplains, don't know or do "something else" [including violence.]

Q 81.   24% will leave the military or think about leaving sooner than planned.  [One half million troops will QUIT early, destroying national security.]

Q 80.   6% will positively recommend service to others after repeal.  94% feel negative, mixed, no effect, or don't know about recommending military service to others.  [Destroying recruiting efforts.]

Q66.  If open homosexuality impacts combat performance, is the impact....9% positive, 91% negative or mixed impact.

Q 71.  11% feel positive or very positive about open homosexuality in field environment or out at sea.  70% negative or mixed.  19% no effect.

Q 73.   5% say repeal would positively boost morale.  41% say negative or mixed impact morale.  Rest no effect or don't know.

"In summary, the real stats prove our nation faces a NATIONAL SECURITY DISASTER if Don't Ask, Don't Tell is repealed, and open homosexual aggression is forced upon our troops against their will."

The new Commandant of the Marine Corps, 4-star General James F. Amos, effectively asked YOU to help his Marines last week, when he advised Senators to support Senator McCain's filibuster of the repeal of "Don't Ask, Don't Tell," and to keep open homosexual aggression out of our military.

"There is nothing more intimate than young men and young women — and when you talk of infantry, we're talking our young men — laying out, sleeping alongside of one another and sharing death, fear and loss of brothers," said General Amos. "I don't know what the effect of that will be on cohesion. I mean, that’s what we’re looking at. It's unit cohesion, it's combat effectiveness."  In other words, repealing Don't Ask will cost lives in battle.

Four Top Generals were ignored by Democrats who betrayed our troops.  They said:

"This is not the time to perturb the force that is, at the moment, stretched by demands in Iraq  and Afghanistan and elsewhere without careful deliberation."   Gen. Norton Schwartz, Air Force Chief of Staff

"Serious concerns about the impact of repeal of the law on a force that's fully engaged in two wars and has been at war for eight-and-a-half years."
Gen. George Casey, Army Chief of Staff

"I think the current policy works... At this point...my best military advice to this Committee, to the [Defense] Secretary, and to the President would be to keep the law such as it is."
Gen. James Conway, Commandant of the U.S. Marine Corps

WHY KEEP OPEN HOMOSEXUALITY OUT OF THE MILITARY?

Four reasons:  1) Allowing open homosexuality especially hurts unit cohesion and would cost American lives in war, damaging the trust shared in close proximity, common sleeping quarters and showering facilities that are unavoidable in close combat.  2) Men and women do not share the same showers for obvious reasons, so why force men to share showers with openly homosexual men?  This fact alone would hurt recruiting.  3) The rampant spread of the HIV-AIDS virus contaminates the blood often shared by necessity on the battlefield.  Soldiers requiring blood-transfusions and medics would be immediately endangered.  4) "Gay promotion quotas" would soon be forced upon presently impartial promotion boards, causing a burdensome rise in sexually-charged "equal opportunity" complaints against commanders, especially those who offend gays by inadvertently speaking of their traditional Judeo-Christian faith .
